Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared and handed to the shipping carrier within 1 business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Options
• Economy: $4.00 for orders under $20.00, and free for orders of $20.00 or more. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment.
• USPS Priority Mail: Rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout. Free Economy shipping does not apply to this option.

Delivery times are estimates and are separate from order processing time.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, email holyfamilycarvings@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will cover the costs of resolving shipping damage, including any necessary return shipping.
